Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Park Hotel in South West London with my family, I found it to be an ideal base for our adventures. The hotel's proximity to the mainline rail station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant local area, including the beautiful Bushy Park and the historic Hampton Court Palace. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the lovely bar area where a variety of cocktails and light snacks were available, perfect for unwinding after our travels. Our room was not only spacious and comfortable but also included modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities, allowing us to indulge in our tea-time rituals. Though we encountered some challenges with housekeeping noise in the early hours, the attentive staff remained consistently polite and eager to assist, which left a good impression overall. While breakfast was decent, I believe enhancing the dining experience with more staff during peak times could truly elevate it to new heights. The Park Hotel elegantly blends Victorian charm with modern comforts, making it a delightful choice for families or those seeking a taste of London's history while remaining close to nature. I look forward to returning on my next trip!
